Build tools you'll use in your coaching practice.

1. Create your own Opportunity Scout

Build an AI Scout to find new work, useful connections, and time-savers. Then teach clients to build theirs.

Your Scout, ready to try.

An illustrative story: an Opportunity Scout filters opportunities, explains why one fits, and helps draft a next step.

2. Turn your coaching framework into an interactive tool

Use your own framework or borrow a classic example I'll provide. Turn it into an interactive client tool or a lead magnet that gives prospects a useful first taste of your coaching.

An interactive client tool or lead magnet, built from your framework.

3. Get the most from session transcripts

Decide whether to record, ask for consent, and protect sensitive material. Turn a transcript into a useful client recap, follow-up, or feedback on your coaching.

More value from each session, with less follow-up work.

4. Participants’ choice

Your votes help shape our final workshop. I’ll choose the topic before we begin, guided by what participants want to build.

You'll get a recording and short summary for every workshop you join.

Only the $350 full cohort includes AI Mollie, your course-trained thinking partner: ask questions, troubleshoot a build, or adapt an idea to your coaching practice.

AI Mollie · Course companion preview

You: Could my values framework become a decision guide for clients or prospects?

AI Mollie: Try a clickable guide: choose two priorities, compare an option against them, then see the trade-offs.

You: How do I keep it grounded in my approach?

AI Mollie: Start with your framework and one sample decision. Ask AI to draft three questions and a result. Test each path, then refine the wording.

Mollie Mueller

I founded Crew, a career coaching business, and Lumi, an AI careers platform. Today I help coaching and leadership-development firms build practical AI tools. My approach combines human-centered design at IDEO with hands-on product building.

I've helped an executive coaching practice build session feedback, client recap and follow-up workflows, and a private client-facing AI companion. In these workshops, I'll build alongside you and help you adapt what we make to your own practice.

Participants' choice

You get a say.

Pick the three AI topics you'd most like to try. Your picks help shape our fourth session and future workshops.

Choose three topics or drag them into your top three. Drag to reorder.

  • Your own Opportunity Scout: Let AI scout new work, client openings and time-savers. Build yours, then teach clients to build theirs.
  • Transcripts clients actually value: Record or not? Ask well, then turn consented transcripts into AI reflections clients actually want.
  • A lead magnet people actually want: Skip the unopened PDF. Build an AI quiz or mini-audit that gives prospects an aha moment.
  • Interactive tools for your clients: Turn a coaching question or exercise into an AI practice partner clients can try between sessions.
  • Client follow-up that feels personal: Let AI turn intake and session notes into thoughtful recaps and nudges. You add the human touch.
  • Content from ideas you already have: Talk it out on your walk. AI turns your voice note into a post, email or video that sounds like you.
  • Feedback on your coaching: Have AI spot go-to questions and missed openings in consented notes. A fresh lens, not a verdict.
  • Your AI coach twin: Build an AI reflection partner inspired by your approach. Clients keep thinking between sessions; it isn’t you.
  • Better session prep: AI gathers goals, notes and loose threads into one brief. Walk in remembering what matters.
  • Make client progress visible: Let AI connect themes and small wins over time. Help clients see their progress, then check the story together.
  • Discovery call to proposal: AI turns what you heard into a tailored offer while it’s fresh. You make sure it fits.
  • Design a new coaching program: Bring the half-formed idea. Think it through with AI, test assumptions and shape an offer to try.
  • Practice with a simulated client: Give AI a tricky client scenario. Rehearse, rewind, try another question. No real client is your practice run.
